What is the correct size for a CD sticker

Can you please give me the inner and outer diameters of a CD sticker? It

would be great if you can give it in relative dimensions.l find it great

Look at the stickers on any commercial CD that you have and you

will note that you can cover one entire side of the CD, except for the hole

Outer diameter < 4.68 inches, center hole=0.56 inches
