Patent on a trademark on a sticker
l have a few ideas or saying or maybe trademark that l have written.Now l
would like to know if l can put a patent on the trademarks and have them
printed on stickers and maybe sell them.How do l go about this if
possible.

When you fill out the form for the copyright, which you can easily do
yourself, you can register the picture as a logo. The fact that it will be
on a sticker is not important. A copyright will protect the image no matter
what it ever goes on. The current copyright fee is $45. I help clients with
