How do i get sticker residue of my phone
l had one of those rectangle stickers used for that you print adresses on
on my phone as a nametag when l went to this camp thing. now l peeled it
of but the sticky stuff wont come off. is there a safe was to get this off
without damaging my phone. ?
spray it with Gunk then wipe it off
WD40 will work wonders, but if you don't have any lying around,
you can also use acetone (nail polish remover) and scrub a bit.
Goo gone also works well
A little bit of 'Goo-Gone' a product found in most dollar
stores. Failing that, try a bit of acetone, (nail polish remover), or
lemon juice.
Get some of that Goo B Gone and rub it on. It will wipe right
off. Or rub some damp baking soda on it and it will also rub right off.
You could spray an aerosol lubricant on it. It would break up
the glue without damaging the phone. Won't take much.
Spray a tiny bit of WD40 on a paper towel and gently rub the
residue with it till it comes off. Then spray a tiny bit of 409 on
another paper towel and clean off the WD40 residue. You can use any oil,
olive oil, corn oil, etc. to remove the residue, then 409 to get whatever
oil you use off the phone.
Try using vegetable oil. Usually if you rub a slight amount on
the area with sticky residue, the residue should come off.
Just scratch it off carefully.
